ミ⛦ Where do you ship from/where are you located?
         ✭ I am currently located in the California, USA!
ミ⛦ How long does it take to get my order?
         ✭ Acrylic lights are made to order, so once the batch is closed allow me up to a week to make and package your order. Of course transit time depends highly on the couriers and is out of my control, so the time it'll take will vary.
In stock items on the other hand ship within 3-5 business days! Preorders differ depending on the product, the wait time and eta will be in the description of the item itself. 
ミ⛦ How do the LED lamps work?
         ✭ They come with a usb cable which you can use to plug into any powerbrick or usb socket. It can also be battery-operated if you prefer that and will only need 3 double A batteries.
ミ⛦ Do I NEED to get the lamp base for the leds to work?
         ✭ Yes! The lamp base is what lights up in order to make the acrylic design seen.
ミ⛦ Do you accept Paypal?
         ✭ With the way Paypal is currently working with Shopify sites i'm having frequent problems with transferring the payments, it's constantly holding funds and making it difficult for me to access them in order to purchase supplies and shipping labels. So for now I won't be accepting it, I apologize. 
ミ⛦ Do you accept refunds/returns/exchanges?
         ✭ On a case-to-case basis. Please email me for further discussion. NO CANCELLATIONS.
ミ⛦ I'm missing my confirmation email/message, where do I find it?
         ✭ A lot of the times your inbox will filter it into your promotions/junk/spam folder. For sms, it'll sometimes go to your "unknown" messages. If it's in neither places, feel free to reach out to us!
ミ⛦ What about your decals/BJ Alex neon sign/etc...
         ✭ I usually post on my Tiktok or Instagram when I'll be opening batches in regards to anything. Please check for updates that way.

SHIPPING

ミ⛦ Do you ship internationally?
         ✭ Of course! As long as it's not prohibited by your country due to the current pandemic I can. If you’re having any trouble at checkout, please contact me. FYI I am not responsible for VAT and import custom fees. If you are located in the EU, and are being told by your post/customs that an IOSS is required for package release, this is false. An IOSS is basically for the seller(me) to charge VAT ahead of time at checkout, so that when it reaches your country, it would have already been paid for. The buyer is still paying for it either way, it’s just a difference of before or upon delivery. An IOSS is not mandatory, and I do not have one.
ミ⛦ How long will shipping take for international orders?
         ✭This depends a lot and has no definite answer. Once it does reach your country though, if you used USPS as the shipping method at checkout, you will want to switch to using your local post's website for tracking updates( ex: South Korea = Korea post, Spain = Correso de España). USPS is a US Government courier, and once it reaches your country it gets transferred to your Government's postal service. So if the tracking on the USPS site has not updated in a  while after reaching your country, it's usually because you need to switch over to your local post. Customs can hold packages up to 45 days and during this time tracking will not be updated. Note that all international shipping methods EXCEPT First Class are insured. If anything happens to a missing/lost/damaged First Class package, unfortunately there is possibility to start a claim on it. So choose your shipping method wisely!
ミ⛦ I wanna place a second order, can I combine it with my first?
         ✭ Of course! Just leave a note on your second order during checkout saying "Please combine with #____ (order number)." and i'll refund any shipping charges on your second order.
ミ⛦ Returned packages
         ✭ Packages that get returned back to me will be held in storage for 90 days. Once past this date, the package will be forfeited and non-refundable/not available for re-shipment. 
ミ⛦ Missing order/says "delivered" but I don't have it
        ✭ Once a package leaves my hands it is the post office's job to get them delivered to you. So if for some reason they marked it as delivered but it's not with you, I advise you to reach out to them. I wish could do more on my end but unfortunately I do not work for the post office. There are some instances as well where buyer's have input the wrong delivery info so check your confirmation for that.
